Estate Planning
We also represent clients in estate planning matters:
- We draft trusts, wills, living wills and powers of attorney to efficiently deal with property rights upon disability or death;
- We help clients understand and then create clear, enforceable plans to minimize:
- future taxes;
- conflicts;
- professional fees; and
- the need for probate.
We help to collect and distribute decedent’s assets, involving Probate Court administration only when needed. Probate is the legal process by which a person’s debts are paid and assets are distributed.
